Teacher, mentor and the voice behind Speak & Sparkle.
Karishma Shah has more than 15 years of experience teaching children. Over that time she has seen the same story again and again: capable, thoughtful children who hold back simply because speaking in front of others feels frightening.
Speak & Sparkle is her answer to that. Her classes combine play with a clear structure. Children warm up with games, learn one skill at a time, practise it straight away and receive specific, encouraging feedback. Nobody is put on the spot before they are ready, and every effort is noticed.
Karishma believes every child has a unique voice that deserves to be heard and celebrated. Her job is to help them find it and use it well.
